• This activity is not recommended for people with health problems (e.g. high blood pressure, pregnant women, older adults, people with limited mobility or using a wheelchair).
• Wear appropriate clothing when participating in water games.
• Follow lifeguard instructions and safety signs.
• No food, drinks, pets or flammable objects are allowed in the water park.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited. If discovered by staff, you will be asked to leave the area immediately.
• Children under 1 meter must be accompanied by an adult.
• Some rides have height or weight restrictions or require specific health conditions.
• No re-entry is allowed after leaving the park area.

Do I need to bring a swimsuit?

• Yes. Guests are advised to bring their own swimsuits. The Amazing Bay also has a swimsuit and towel area.

Is there a locker?

• There are safe lockers in the Locker area, with a fee of 10,000 VND/Locker

Is there a children's play area?

• There is a separate area for children with gentle games and safe design.

Can I bring food in?

• No. The park has a food court serving a variety of dishes.

Is there a height or weight limit when playing?

• Yes. Some rides have height restrictions of 1m2 or more and have weight restrictions to ensure safety.

Are there any discounts for group travel?

• Yes. Please contact hotline for advice on preferential policies for groups, schools or companies.

Is the park closed if it rains?

• The park will operate normally in light rain. However, some outdoor rides may be temporarily closed if the weather is unsafe.

Do I need to book tickets in advance?

• It is not required, but booking online will save you time.

Personal vehicles (cars, motorbikes):

• From Ho Chi Minh City: follow National Highway 1A → turn onto National Highway 51 towards Bien Hoa → follow directions to Son Tien Tourist Area.
• Travel time is about 45–60 minutes. There is a spacious parking lot for both cars and motorbikes.

Public bus:

• Route 07 (Bien Hoa City – Vung Tau) or route 603 Phuong Trang (Old Eastern Bus Station – Bien Hoa).
• Stop at the station near the gate of Son Tien tourist area, then contact Tourism Security to call a car to the gate.

Taxi/technology car:

• Easily book a car via Grab, Xanh SM,… Just enter the destination as “Son Tien Tourist Area” .
